This service is automatic and turnkey to give you time to work on other things.
Our team writes these posts in batches. Once a month we come to you with the posts as written for The Mammoth Plumber (as seen above) and you have an opportunity to opt out any of the posts.
We reskin the post to your business to make it look and feel like your company.
If we do not have resouces for a post (like a picture of the crew or a technician). That post will be automatically skipped. We will try to ask you for these resources each month to ensure that you have some time to gather them.
Any posts you have not opted out of, will be automatically posted on your social feeds and boosted according to your budget that you set for it.
Note: We do not offer adjustments to the graphics or writing. If a post doesn't work for you, it's simply skipped.
QUESTIONS OFTEN ASKED
Can I still post to my page?
Yes! And we encourage it. However you do need to know that our software overlay will boost ALL posts, not just ours. Your internal posts are just added to the mix. That said, more eyeballs are never a bad thing.
Do these posts hit my page?
Yes! They do! And all the reactions, likes and shares will be visible to you and your customers.
What if I want to change the writing on a post?
We can give you the graphic and you can post it yourself. We do not offer edits to the writing. The graphics we only edit to make the post work for your branding by swapping out a couple of elements. This is so we can focus on creating create posts with consistency.
I don't want that many...do I have to post them all?
No. But we don't know why you wouldn't. Extra creatives keep your audience engaged so your presence doesn't go stale.
What if I don't like my Account Manager?
Well, we hope this is never the case but if you do we have a "Speak to the manager." option. Upon sign up here at Mammoth you'll be introduced to Mike Ives, our head of accounts. He's the guy to talk to in that case and you'll have his contact information handy for you.
What if I need something SUPER fast and my Account Manager is out?
We've thought of this already. We have an after hours ticket system that you can use to put a request in. This goes to our administration staff and then we assign it to the correct Mammoth on the team.
